I made this for my granddaughter. She picked the fabric. It turned out smaller than I had intended, but she likes it anyway.
Also, it is my first completed quilt that I did on my longarm.

It looks great. I know my gd's would love it.
Awww, it's adorable!! Really pretty colors and fabrics... I'd love it too, if I were her!!
awwhhh pretty, and well done for completing your very first long armed quilt
Thank you for your kind words. :D
I had trouble with my first attempt at quilting it. My tension was ok on the sample that I did 2 days before, but when I started, it was all loopy on the back. But you can't see it until the machine is out of the way. So I brought it over to my moms and w had lunch and each took a seam ripper to it. LOL
I have two other quilts ready to go in, one I did and one is a quilt of valor. I wanted to wait with the latter, just to be sure that I do a good job on it. Since it's for someone other than family and who is fighting for our freedom and all. :D
You did a great job quilting it on your longarm!! I am so impressed. The fabrics are adorable and I know your granddaughter must love it!! Great quilt!
