Yeah....I wanna live there!!!

sundancer 07-15-2011 09:50 AM

Thanks...they aren't my quilts although I do have ever intention of making them. These are new summer releases from one of my most favorite pattern companies. I only know how to trace, cut and iron. I couldn't make a Yellow Brick Road quilt if someone paid me a million dollars! But I can do fusible web projects. Anyway, Ty Livingston designed the quilts and the patterns are by the Bigfork Bay Cotton Company.

Sundancer, how do you finish off the edge of each piece after you fuse and iron down the pieces??? What a major project this appears to be...to me!

quiltedlamb07 07-15-2011 07:44 PM

wow, those are great!!

sundancer 07-15-2011 07:52 PM

Thimble Bug yes, all I know how to do is fusible web applique art quilts. I have a demo on my blog.
I posted it on the Quilting Boards awhile back.
Take a look at this and then let me know if you have any questions.
It is super easy! Really!

I suspected it might be Montana. That is my idea of heaven.
I'm brain fried in Texas from the heat. Can I come up and play?? Actually, just to be where you can sit outside and breathe would help my attitude! :D

grannypat7925 07-16-2011 06:35 AM

Beautiful creatures aren't they! I used to see them on the hill behind my house when I lived in Oregon.
