A narrow border of the dark blue and a wider one of the red :D:D:D

I agree with the dark blue sashing and red for binding.

I would go with the red its a contrast complimentary color to the green. Congratulations on the new nephew.

I totally agree with RatherBQuilting. The blue for another border and maybe red for binding. Or use the green again for binding. It is a very cute quilt.

I would do a very thin red border, a wider dark blue border then bind with red!! Whatever you decide it will look great! Congratulations on your new nephew!! I did a similar baby quilt and did the thin red border like a loose flap ie. 1" folded and stitched down at the same time as the wider border. It just frames the main quilt like a picture. Hope this makes sense!!!
