I went to the quilt show in Anchorage yesterday. This quilt was by the featured quilter. It was made by a man and this is his second quilt. All the pieces are about an inch big. It was so awesome!
Just had to share it with you all.

Did you get other pics of quilts at that show? I used to live in Anchorage...that is where I first started quilting. Would love to see more pics of the show if you have more. Thanks for sharing this one. The guy did an awesome job on one so big.

Wow, the maker of that last one much like making flying geese. I could never make a quilt like that. Thanks for sharing. I really liked the whirly-gig bargello.patti

Here's the website of the "Last Supper" quilt by the dentist. ;-)

http://thesupper.net/index.html

The quilt is 67" high and 183" wide.

The website it a bit awkward, but it has a lot of information, including the how'd-he-do-it and 2011/2013 travel schedule of the quilt.

I saw it at Houston back in 2000. AMAZING.

We actually had Mr. Locke and his Supper Quilt here at our guild meeting in January. This quilt is stunning, and he is quite a remarkable man.
