Okay so I can't stay on task very long and haven't finished my OBW yet. But a new baby girl is due in our family so I have a good excuse. For those who are not familiar with One Block Wonders, it's a process of lining up and stacking several layers of fabric to get the repeating design in each block. I am addicted and can't seem to make anything else.
So here's my fabric and my first few blocks. I'm really loving these roses and guess I will have to find some for me someday. The fabric color is more accurate in the blocks. |
I love your fabric!! :D It is so
pretty & your blocks are great. I can't wait to see your finished baby quilt. Thank you for sharing. :D :D :D :D :D :D |
In most cases, I'm not a big fan of OBW...your work is a major exception...excelllent!!!!

Oh I'm blushing now! You guys are always so nice. This little girl home is in Alabama and they are naming her Caroline. I am hoping they dress her like a southern belle!

Your OBWs are awesome! I want to learn that so badly! Pretty fabric too!

That is going to be beautiful, can't wait to see it done. I can see why you're stuck on OBW quilts

How precious that is . . . what a beautiful gift to treasure! I've never cared for OBW, but your fabric choices have changed my mind. Simply lovely. Looking forward to seeing the finished quilt.
