Oh wow. Another beginner who's blowing my socks off! You do really good work! The baby quilt is darling, and I love the softness of the second one. Good fabric choices. Keep up the good work karenmay.

You did a wonderful job on both quilts. Thanks for sharing. I love that coca cola bear in the picture. I'm an avid collector of coca cola. I have that same bear. By the way if anyone has any thing coca cola that they want to get rid of I'll be happy to take it off your hands. I have the whole basement of our house displayed with coke items. I have thousands but there are still thousands of items that I don't have yet. I have been looking for coca cola fabric. I have found some on line but the price is too high so if anyone has any laying around shoot me a pm and tell me how much you want for it.

Welcome to our family and thanks again for sharing.

My first quilt was a sampler. I learned lots by doing all the different squares. You should try one.
Your colors for the baby quilt are well chosen. Keep up the good work. :D

Karenmay
Aren't you full of BEAUTIFUL, Surprises..............

Tiffany 01-03-2008 07:30 AM

I know you say your points don't match up but either you are a very clever photographer or you're being hard on yourself. I was just looking at your pictures and thinking, "For a beginner her points are amazing!" Especially in your shooting star quilt, where the points look really good. At this rate I don't think you are going to remain a beginner for very long.
