I finally finished this project. It took me close to ten months. It will be one of my entries for next summer's county fair.

That is simply amazing!!! Wow! I wish I could reach through the computer and stroke your fabrics. That is a quilt that demands you stop and pay attention to it and I bet it wins ribbons. Truly an amazing quilt!

Thanks to you and everyone else for your positive comments. It validates all of my diligent work. This was done by hand (someone had asked).....anyway, I see you have a cavalier. We have two and love them to death!!

Lovely!! I would love to run my hands along the top of your quilt. That texture just cries for touching. Better make sure it's out of reach at the show! Be sure to bookmark this thread so you can show us a picture of this quilt with the ribbons hanging on it :)

Oh yes, Sasha is absolutely spoilt beyond belief, I have NEVER had a dog as affection and intelligent and I would be lost without her :D

Monroe is in the middle of the state halfway between Nashville and Knoxville and north almost into KY, right near Dale Hollow Lake. The Fair I enter is the Overton County Fair the end of July.

I appreciate the compliment. It is all hand-quilted. I love working this pattern, but sometimes I had to put it aside, and work on something else just to get a break!
