As a teacher, I always check to see if my students understand new concepts. So, I decided to apply the same principal to myself and see if I really did "get it" from the paper piecing course I just took. I think so :) :) :)
Here's what I spent a couple hours on. Everything was perfect until I tried turning it into a bookmark by sewing on the back and turning it inside out. But, my goal was to test out the PP and that part's just fine. HOORAY! Was this ever fun! I feel like a whole new world of quilting has just opened up to me. |
That's a beautiful bookmark. Looks like you did a great job on the paper piecing!!!

Beautifully Done!!! I love the pp'ing and it turned into such a cute bookmark, too :D :D :D

Your PP is beautiful - the colours have certainly woken me up here  Tisha |
This is simply beautiful!! Can I ask, what type of paper are you using? I'm having a heck of a time with the papers I bought.. they do not want to come off!.. When you give a slight tug, they just sit there laughing at me!

Wow -- your pp is spectacular!! And what's wrong with the bookmark?? :D
