I just loved this pattern and it seemed easy enough for a beginner. It was fun using my repro's too! The colors are more true in the picture where my shadow is! One day I'll learn how to shoot pictures! Now to tackle quilting. I'm scared, very scared! LOL!

I don't know how they came up with cheese and crackers but it sure is cute, those fabrics look very nice i it. Have you decided how you're going quilt it?

I like it. It is really darling.

And I know how you feel about trying to quilt it yourself.

Mimisharon offered to give me lessons if I let her vacation here in Pensacola (at my home.) Maybe you can offer the same? LOL

Chele,

Great quilt top. I love the colors so bright and cheery. Great Spring quilt. Yes how are you going to quilt it?

This is a beauty! This may just be "the one" I'm looking for to use a particular assortment of scraps. You sure did a nice job. Sara

No pressure on your making a decision, Chele! It's a wonderful top, look at some of the quilting sights and maybe do a little practice thingee.

My favorite quilting word.......thingee!

Yep, going to Pensacola one of these days. She promised she's a good cook and we can quilt at the beach......what would keep me away? lol lol

what a wonderful quilt. just beautiful. and you took great pics. sure helps to take it out in the sunlight to get a good pic, right? mine always take better outdoors.
i love these repro fabrics. you did a magnificent job, thanks for sharing.

Nancy, I used 10 different repro FQ's. The pattern is designed for fat quarters. The white is a white on white paisley. The middle bars end up being 2-1/4" x 4-1/4" each.

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm not sure how I want this quilted. Probably an all-over design. Puzzle pieces maybe? I may hire a long armer! I've only attempted stitch in the ditch.
