I don't have the guts to cut this up. Don't know what I should do with it.

How about part of a pieced backing? It looks like a fun fabric. Looking forward to seeing what you do with it. Thank you for sharing.
You could cut it in strips. I like it too.

What about cutting into strips and putting flying geese inbetween them?????
Use it for a backing??? |
Southwest theme would do it, love the fabric.
How about cutting it into long strips - along the edges of the chilies, and use it as a border around a large center block? or cut across the grassy part , and alternate those long blocks with green ones of the same size?
I was just in Albuquerque a few weeks ago and picked up a couple of FQ's of different chili pepper fabric. Frankly, I won't use them for anything, so if you need some coordinates, let me know. They're your's for the asking.
What is you cut it in strips and put french braid in between the strips?
How about a one block wonder? Do you have enough? Ann

Im thinking apron or placemats
It's awful (only my opinion, sorry) but would be wonderful for a guild challenge as in "Now what do I do with this?" or maybe the ugly fabric challenge.
sell it to me......I love it.

Oh I know, You can send it to me... I love it!
I'd cut it into strips
what about cutting up between the chili's and making a hanging banner to use outside when you BBQ or have gatherings. By cutting between the chili's and finishing the edges, sort of crinolin style, or even by backing with something, it could flutter in the wind. It could be brought in so it would not fade inbetween.
It would be great for a strippie quilt!! Using the chile fabric as the filler strips~~just a thought.
I love the fabric. Maybe fussy cut it for fan or dresden plate blocks, might get some great mirror images.
Make great borders.
