Christmas Cards in the works

2 Attachment(s)
I'm starting to work on my christmas cards for this year. I
usually get started earlier so I have to really put it in high
gear to finish

azwendyg 11-23-2011 05:42 AM

These are beautiful, Denise! Would you mind sharing a few details, like how are you attaching the embroidered panel, and how to you finish the edges and backs? I'm thinking there are a few people on my "nice" list for Christmas that might like something similar.

Wow! Those are beautiful!!

harvsstuff 11-23-2011 09:36 AM

The emb. designs are stitched out on "stiff felt" which is sold at craft stores. The cards are photo
insert cards which I bought at Michaels and the Dollar Tree for what else $1.00 for 8 - 10 cards. I cut out the stiff
felt to fit a card, emb. the design and then slide it into the "photo " opening, I sometimes use double
sided tape to hold it in place. Easy to do.
