I finished 3 quilts for Christmas gifts...I wanted something in Sunflower fabrics for my mom....and my sister loves snowmen so I found these little Snowman panels that I incorporated into her quilt - just thought I'd share..they are now both in the mail - on their way to Newfoundland.......

Not sure why but some of the colors didn't come out right..the first photo of the sunflower quilt would be the better photo for colors.....

The 3rd quilt is a quilt top for which I purchased a pattern...based on this certain quilt top that I saw on display at a quilt show.....loved the fabrics used....
Well, couldn't find enough of the original fabrics to make - so went back and offered to buy the original quilt top from the store...the offer worked...came home with it - added borders, and with the fabrics I was able to find - I make 2 pillow shams to coordinate.......love the look......

Didn't my quilter do a fantastic job - I love her work......

sewjoyce....
She really does...I work that she did on the sunflower quilt I did for my mom is just wonderful..I love how it turned out - I is my favourite so far......she is fabulous...and close enough for me to be able to travel to her and visit and talk about what I would like, and of course shop in her store :-)......it's always very dangerous when I go there :-)

OMG, Bill, I'm SO glad that my long-armer doesn't have a shop -- it's bad enough that my LQS is less than half a mile from my house....
