I've only been quilting for a couple of years so I love to take classes to learn new techniques. This is the result of a class on one-block wonder quilts. This quilt is actually made of one oriental print, which turned out much different than the print itself. Our instructor had us keep back one repeat of the fabric to sew on the back of the quilt so a viewer could see where we started from. It was a lot of work, but this is one I will keep for me. It hasn't been backed yet in the picture but I have since finished it and have it hanging on my sewing room wall.

Wow...that's beautiful and all from one fabric? Would you post a picture of the fabric you started with also.
