This is the design wall I made by hinging four hollow core closet doors together and spraying them with adhesive and covering them with flannel. Perfect for a queen quilt and folds up for easy storage.

you are welcome everyone, glad this comes in handy for someone. I have also cut a hollow core door down and covered it with batting and fabric and now have a ironing surface that takes more than a full width of fabric. Happy quilting everyone.
