Does anyone remember seeing this quilt posted?

This was posted somewhere it was a super simple pattern using a beautiful focus fabric. I thought I had saved it to my ideas file but I can't find it anywhere. The one I saw had a sort of turquoise background and if I remember right, a floral (maybe oriental flare) fabric as the feature fabric.

Does anyone know where I saw this? I drew it out and made it into a picture file in order to give you an idea.

Any help would be much appreciated. I've spent too much time looking for it "on the web"!

Love the design, hope someone can help you find it. I would love to see it made up.

No--but it looks a bit like a test pattern---what used to come up on old television sets. I hope you find it. It'll make a great quilt!

i do recall seeing that quilt on the QB. i think, though, that it was quite a long time ago? i hope the quiltmaker recognizes this and lets us know about it. it was quite striking. i remember the simplicity of it.

It reminds me of a pattern i just purchased called Shenandoah by creative sewlutions. It has a coupe more strips on each side though-check it out.

I remember it and actually made it for DS & DD-in-L for Christmas last year. Hope you can find the original and even directions!

YES! Thanks so much for that! I wasnt sure if I saw it here, but yesterday after I posted this, I spent another couple of hours going back through some websites with patterns (free ones). While I had fun and download a bunch, I still didn't find it. :) Thanks so much for this!

That's funny, because that isn't the quilt I remember from the website. I remembered the flying geese in a staggered pattern. Never had seen that before. It is curious as to what will strike one more than another. That pattern you like is very pretty. Really like Asian fabric.

I think it struck me because sometimes I have a piece of fabric that is so pretty that I like it whole--or almost whole and hate to cut it up into small pieces but want it to look artistic and not just quilt a whole piece of fabric.

glad i could help ;-) Dumb luck on my part. I stumbled across it and remembered your post.

Oh my I love that pattern, I have several fabrics that would work so well for it. Ones I have sitting there, because I hate to cut them!!!

This is a pattern by Deann Quilt from the Quilt Haus in New Braunfels TX. I think it is called Shenadoah but I could be wrong on the name, either by spelling or name itself. I have sever of her patterns and love them. The email address is www.Quilt Haus.com. Hope this helps.

Yep...Shenandoah is the one that was given to me. Thanks everyone!!! You are great, and I should have asked first, not as a last resort!

Now that one could be interesting with a panel that lends itself to being cut apart and spread out.
