Evening Star Quilt
 

I got the star made. I need to add the borders. This is a Debbie Maddy pattern that goes together like a nine patch. No diamonds or set in side triangles. This was very easy and fast to make. One thing learned: do not use directional fabric.

Beautiful block, would make a beautiful quilt.

It is really coming along nicely! As for directional fabric... I learned the hard way ... and now I just avoid buying them. Just seems like no matter what I always get a sqaure or strip going the wrong way.
