I have had my little Quilt Inspector inspect, sleep on the job and kkep me company. Now she thinks she can help put on binding.... or at lease keep the thread straight. She lives up to her name,"Precious."

Thanks for looking. The quilts are going to the Wounded Warrior Project at Fort Stewart, Georgia.

The last picture looks like she is studying your technique so she can try it....lol.

How cute is that?

auntpiggylpn 08-08-2012 04:12 PM

They are soooo helpful aren't they? Being cute has saved my Lily Pie's b*tt more than once!!!

Hattie Frances 08-08-2012 04:59 PM

I think she's doing a fine job, most quilt inspectors only apply one front paw. Great looking quilts!

Diane007 08-08-2012 05:08 PM

that is so funny...

krysti 08-08-2012 07:35 PM

We do love our inspectors, helpers, what ever they want to be called. Without them I don't know if I could finish anything.

dilyn 08-09-2012 04:26 AM

Hope she didn't find any 'issues' with your technique... I do think she would be gentle with you if she did...she looks like a sweetie. It's so kind of you to make these quilts for our soldiers! Blessing to you!

Nice quilts for a great cause. Your inspector looks a lot like my cat ... who is around 16 or so years old. We found her in our barn many years ago.

beckyboo1 08-15-2012 04:43 PM

My cat Gracie likes to be involved too. She started out sitting on a chair close to me. Now she has moved to sitting on the table on the other side of the sewing machine. She has to see what's going on. I have to move her every time I want to use the iron. Gotta love our furbabies lol

Jammin' Jane 11-08-2012 10:26 AM

Very nice! Don't you just love having a helper!!!!! :)
