I found this beautiful tiger panel. The only thing is..... its silky. So, I found what I think is the perfect background fabric to stabilize it and also serve as a background fabric for it. My only problem now is deciding if I should just make it into a wall hanging or if I should go for a quilt sized top? What do you think?

Such a beautiful panel. I would make a quilt with it; but either would be fabulous. Your background fabric does go perfectly.

I think quilt too. My daughter would love it!

The only problem with a quilt over a wallhanging is washing it. Will the silky fabric survive multiple washings? If in question, I would go with a wallhanging.
