I made this quilt from a kit I bought at a bookstore in Pigeon Forge, TN. I was looking for quilt books and they had a big set of shelves full of different die cut quilts for about $12 each. I think I bought 8 or 9 of them, but this is the only one I've done so far.

I love it. I was wondering what a fan would look like in just two fabrics, your quilt is proof it would be gorgeous!

The kit was just the fan pieces. I bought the background fabric and the border. The sashings actually came from another kit that I bought a year later when traveling through the area again, with just strips cut for a rail fence. They worked perfectly!
