It would be bad enough as adults, but during childhood? You must be a strong person! Looks like quilting helped, though.

Quilting really saved me. I made many photo pillows and gifts for family and could look at my angel while working. Also it is such a great time to let your mind go where it needs to go.

I lost my first husband to brain cancer and that was tramatic enough. I could not imagine losing a child. You are a very strong person. Thank you for sharing your beautiful quilts and welcome to the board.
