First finishes for 2012! Hearts and a Kaleidoscope

Attached are pics of my first finishes for 2012! Feels so good to get something finished! One is a valentine table runner - my own pattern - Tumbling Hearts. I just did stiple quilting around the hearts and then hearts and loops on the border. The top had been done, just needed to sandwich and quilt. The other is a kaleidoscope table runner for my dresser. Two of the blocks had been done, just added two more that had already been cut out, sashed the blocks and finished. Quilting is a simple stitch in the ditch on that one.

Both are nice, but I especially like the kaleidoscope.

I just love kaleidoscopes. Yours is such gorgeous colors. My other favorite is crazy patchwork. So you really hit my favorite things.
