All very nice. The first one has beautiful color choices, soft but rich. I'm sure the kids will love them. A really nice way to commemorate their graduation.

I hope that you include the care of the quilt for the grads. It will extend the life of them. That was my greatest gift 60 years ago. hugs

Beautiful quilts. My favorites are #1 and #5. Great idea.

JoyjoyMarie 06-29-2013 04:11 AM

Terrific quilts - nice variety! I love the first one too, being especially fond of pink and green. Did you work on them all yourself, or with a team of ladies from the church? Such a wonderful idea for the graduates.

KarenR 06-29-2013 04:45 AM

What pattern is that ball quilt?

klgls 06-29-2013 05:03 AM

What awesome gifts from your church!

Gerbie 06-29-2013 05:35 AM

Those are lovely, I really like the colors in the first one. Looks like you had several boys graduating. What an extremely nice gesture from your Church. Did you make one or all of them? I made a quilt for a young lady in our Church who graduated a couple of years ago using the 10 minute block. She has 3 brothers, and these are the only young people in our Church. The quilt turned out very nice, and especially since I did it in a hurry. I was a bit dissapointed however, I think everyone in the Church received a graduation invitation, she did not seem too appreciative, and no Thank You card either. Oh well, I don't make things and give them as gifts to receive a thank you card, but it would have been nice to let me know she appreciated the gift. I don't think the brothers will receive quilts.
