Flag slice wall hanging

I love this wall hanging but I can't come up with a good name for it. Name suggestions? It's just a part of the flag and not the whole thing.

The stars are painted wood craft shapes with holes punched in them.

I'd call it "5 Over 4" because it's 5 stars over 4 stripes. I'd also call it adorable!!!
