This is a quilt I started after Hurricane Katrina, symbolizing my rise from the rubble of the destruction of my home. I finished the top and this year, finished the quilt.

It is a pattern from a book I got at a yard sale. I think it was a 1989 book.

I read that same book and saw the Pheonix and thought it was way to hard for me! You did a great job with it.
