How do we find the pattern?

zennia 05-01-2010 05:45 PM

They are pretty. I have had that foldy stuff pattern for years and never tried it. Maybe I should get it out and see what I can do.

Sue Fish 05-01-2010 05:48 PM

It is so easy to do and really is fun....I got my patterns at a quilt show yrs ago but I think you can go to donna posters site and order...

You really need her pattern with the lines on it to do these. I am not sure I'd want to do a whole quilt this way but for pillows or potholders it is super and fun to do..she gives info on her site but you need to have the pattern

It really isn't the same at all anyway...funny how some sites are just difficult to get to..

denilynne 05-02-2010 05:47 AM

These are really cute, are they easy enough for beginners, where can i get info on making them. Thank you, Denise

Sue Fish 05-02-2010 05:51 AM

They are very easy really but you do need donna posters foldy stuff pineapple pattern...someone posted her site where they can be ordered...
I used 2 layers of cotton batting in them...everyone who bought them said they would not use them but would hang them lol

I would be glad to do a tutorial but you really need her pattern for the placement of the lines for sewing and pressing and of course she has a copy right so I can't share that...
