This was a 2001 group project of family & friends who are members of my private website at MyFamilyCom.
The organization was done by me and I sent the white background pieces to 14 members who had agreed to be in the project. They were to draw around their hand using fabric of their choice and decorated their block as desired. The blocks were returned to me with only the pieced fused in place. I used a decorative machine stitches to attach all pieces and assembled and finished the quilt.
