Could you please help me. A friend very kindly came back from Aussie with these boxes of "freezer" paper for me. They do NOT look like the boxes i see advertised. Can i use these? Keeping my fingers crossed that i can!

Oh no - That looks like plastic film - not the same thing as freezer paper. Freezer paper is a heavy white paper with wax on one side. I'll see if I can find a pic...

I've never seen this brand, but the picture shows what is in the box - HTH!

I would think that if you can write or print on them and they iron onto fabric, they should be good, but that is only my opinion.

The picture almost looks like wax paper which means 'no'. Can you show a better piece of it?

Is the paper waxed just on one side if so it is great if not sorry.

You need the freezer paper that is paper on one side you can write on and the other side has a wax that will iron to the fab and works most wonderful for allpique.
Hoep you got the right stuff.

No, no, no - this is not what you need.

Go-Between is nothing like freezer paper for applique.

Our supermarkets in Australia DO NOT sell freezer paper as you know it.

I get my freezer paper from LQS who import it from America.

connief has the stuff we use in aussie --i do not know one person who uses this for anything but quilting or cloth doll making --never in the kitchen---we also use 'GLAD BAKE' this is a none stick paper great for lining cake tins--it makes a great applique mat ie between iron +meltable fusing paper
