I just love it! How nice that you have it now. I still hang out my clothes in the good weather.

I used to hang my clothes out in the 70"s, but I didn't have anything that cute to hold my clothes pins:)

Thanks for sharing that clothespin holder. My Mom had one very similar, except the skirt was pleated. A dear friend of the family, that we called Aunt Kate, made them, however, none have survived. She made them on her treadle machine, just like she did the patchwork aprons, shaped like tulips, and her beautiful quilts. She was a very dear lady, but I wish I could have had the opportunity to learn some of her patchwork before she passed away.

That is so cool. My mom used to hang all her clothes up on the line outside too until she couldn't stand up anymore....into her 80s. What nostalgia.

After retiring I started hanging out my clothes again. Hubby washes his own laundry and he machine dries most. I love it for bathroom rugs and my jeans don't shrink.
I need to make a clothes pin holder, I just leave mine on the line.
We also ironed sheets, pillow cases, and my dad's boxer shorts lol!!!!!

My clothes are hanging out now. I remember my mom always had pins in a hanger like that. Then she used one of my old dresses when that one got too bad to use. Sooo, when I needed a new one, I went to Goodwill and bought a cute dress that was marked down to less than $1. I sewed the bottom shut and half way up the buttons on the front of the dress. I now have a really cute clothes pin bag hanging on my clothes line, blowing in the breeze right now. I love my sheets dried on the line. The smell so much better.
