We are expecting twin great granddaughters next month and of course I am making quilts. There is a photo of the first quilt top below. Now I want to make the second quilt with most of the same fabric, but using a different pattern.
Here is my problem. I decided on the heart pattern in a wall hanging I did several years ago (see below). I photo copied the block and enlarged it onto paper. BUT I have forgotten how to do the paper piecing project. If you go to Quilter's Cashe there's a good tutorial to follow. Also you can use the search engine at the top of this page and type in paper piecing and there should be several threads to read. Hope this helps.

Start at the top upper left, and work your way across.
Then add the horizontal piece Next are the two other pieces of the heart Add on the bottom two corner pieces. Hope this helps along with the tute up above :D:D:D Your first quilt is very pretty!! You did a beautiful job on it!! |

I really like the quilt you completed. There are tutes available on this site for paper piecing that really helped me.
