This is the I-Spy quilt I did from the I-Spy Swap we had here on the board. (Thanks gals for the swap!!) That's Neptune, the dog, in front - I didn't have the heart to tell her she wasn't wanted in the picture.)
My questions is what would be best - I originally thought to make a scalloped border out of the purple/lavender border that you see there. But now I'm thinking it might be better not to have those curves on the border with all those straight angles. Or does it matter? Should I scallop or should I just leave it alone? I have the purple for the binding either way. Thanks for your help! I- Spy with Neptune I-Spy - closer picture |
I like it as it is. Get more opinions

Absolutely gorgeous, I like it the way it is.

You could also use prairie points. I think that would really be cute with all different fabrics in the points.

I hadn't thought of prairie points - which is a good idea. I don't have extra fabric from the I-spy squares but I could make them out of the purple.

LOL! I had to laugh at your cute dog! Great quilt too! I love it! Thanks for sharing!

I like it the way it is  And your quilt inspector is cute  He thinks it is for him

You wouldn't necessarily have to use any of the fabric that is in the quilt since it all sorts of prints anyway.
