Got the coffee on, a good movie to "listen" to, and I'm ready to finally finish SOMETHING! it's my daughter's quilt she made for her boyfriend this summer. It's for his birthday on the 16th.

Colors look great. Will be anxiously waiting to see the finished quilt. You go girl!

The colors are truly modern and up to date. I searched Ethan Allen Furniture for decorating ideas and they feature "black and white". You will have to let us know what the quilt looks like as you progress. :D

I tell ya what...she made it challenging. I had to fix a few seams and I don't know if the edges will end up straight but her layout and overall execution are very good for a 2nd quilt that she cut out by hand (the rotary cutter scares her) and put together in one day. it's a Turning Twenty pattern and I'm very proud of her :) I will post a pic probably tomorrow. I feel an all-nighter coming on!
