Really like how this one came out. I wasn't sure there was enough variety in the fabric but I think it worked just fine.

Haven't decided how I want to quilt it. Something simple for sure. Will use black for the binding.
You have to make your pictures larger! It looks beautiful - but I want to see more detail!
When the picture was larger it wouldn't upload.
Beautiful! Don't you just love making those? I could hardly wait to see all the different blocks when I made mine.
I think it looks great!
Nicely done! :)

Nice job. Love this pattern. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful! I like the idea of black binding and a simple all over FMQ design so not to take away from the kalidescope design blocks.
very nice quilt
It is lovely and I agree that a simple quilting design will have the most impact.
Beautiful! Love the color!

Thanks all for the kind words! This is my favorite of the three kaleidoscope/OBW ones I've done. Wish I had taken a picture of the really bright one I gave my SIL for Christmas. I did the star points in navy for it. I'm thinking of adding the star points to the OBW one as I'm having real problems with the border and getting the whole thing to lay flat.

that is gorgeous

I love your quilt. How do I find the pattern. Thank you.
Nice work. Very pretty.

I just followed the tutorial on this board by cutebuns for OBW. Then I asked on this board for suggestions of how to show off the individual motifs. One of the suggestions was adding the triangles to create the stars. So you just cut triangles of the accent fabric the same size as the triangles you cut for your kaleidoscopes.
it looks gorgeous. They are so fun

beautiful - nice job!

Beautiful, I love it! One question about this block, did you have any issues with tenting in the center? I tried making some kaleidescope blocks using a Creative Grids ruler, and every single block had tenting in the middle. I was very meticulous with my cutting and not overhandling so as not to stretch the bias edges. Do you starch, no starch, any idea what I was doing wrong? Thanks!!

Looks lovely.
