Tried to add it after I put a comment in but still doesn't work. I have email several people but no one seems to understand it's locked.

try compressing your files so they are less than 1MB in size. that usually helps.

I used to be able to post my pictures. But for some reason at the top of trying to post the pictures it shows Pictures (locked)

that means the topic is locked. nobody can post anything else to locked topics.
