My SIL requested a quilt for a little girl whose dad had just been deployed. I put a little bit of camo on the back =) I have been wanting to learn how to use all the fancy rulers I have in my room. So I started with Jodi Barrows Square in A Square. I think I bought it over 10 years ago. Now I'm wondering why I waited so long. Went together in a snap and I didn't even have to be that careful. Lots of wiggle room. One ruler down...many more to go. =)

The flowers were cut out with my Studio using the Rose of Sharon dies. although the shape is very simple and then they are sewed on raw edge style. No stress quilting at its finest. =)
The Lady Bug is machine embroidery..I can look up where it came from if anyone is interested. |
Such a sweet thing for you to do. Bless your heart. I love the quilt. You did a wonderful job on it.
