did an oops will start again it worked wow. the centre piece was made from a scrap of material I got in a bundle of scraps from the op shop, and my delighted mum who I just gave it to.

thanks everyone. I love my mum and everyday she is with us is a blessing. she is strarting to get dementia now and forgets lots of things, she forgets that she asked a question and asks it time and time again, It can be annoying but I would rather be annoyed than not have her. she is a darling 99% of the time

Wow what a lovely quilt. I can see your mum really likes it. I love the pattern of the bird( I am into birds right now and flowers too) I made my mum a bag from the Japanese fabric with ibis' and mountain scenes on it and she loves it. I hope she will use it and remember that it was made with LOVE.
