Yes, I like it and great job! Just make a bunch more and you will have a quilt! :) I love the exactness of paper piecing, though I've not done that much of it!

QM 09-27-2012 11:28 PM

Hurray for you!

Great job - very impressive.

Anael 09-27-2012 11:45 PM

Great job and a beautiful block!

Yarn or Fabric 09-28-2012 02:43 AM

Very nice! You were very ambitious for your first pp project! Mine were much simpler than that ;)
I'm beginning to not sew through the paper when I pp. I use that Lapel Stick and temporary glue the fabric in place. It was so much faster in the end when you have to rip out the paper....

dove 09-28-2012 02:56 AM

looks fantastic...i can't believe it's your first attempt...well done!

Really pretty, perfect points, great job

Beeboop71 09-28-2012 03:44 AM

I love it and great job. I haven't tried this technique myself, seems a little complicated. I think this would make a beautiful wall hanging. It would definitely add cheer to any room.

MamaBear61 09-28-2012 03:50 AM

Well done, I would never guess that it was your first PP project.

catladyquilts 09-28-2012 04:26 AM

ljptexas 09-28-2012 06:04 AM

WOw. That's so pretty, only the 1st try? I just love, love PP. I tend to see an old pattern & think "How can I PP this?", try making my own patterns..
Hope you'll do more....

red-warrior 09-28-2012 06:06 AM

Looks like you are a fast learner to me!

x7lillies 09-28-2012 07:01 AM

That's really beautiful! It would make a lovely wall hanging, or you could make a bunch more and it would be a fabulous quilt! Thanks for sharing! :)

sue1964 09-28-2012 09:27 AM

Thanks for all the nice replys,I am hooked on pp now. I want to go get another book with more patterns or maybe I should hook up a printer and buy ink, But that would only take away from my facric money. Have a nice day.
