Mom likes ORANGE so...

I started this for her for mothersday but I had to put it off for abit. started working on it again I'm gonna add some boarders to the sides to make it wider Any ideas would be greatly concidered.I will post more when done. Also the colors are much different than what picture shows.

I am not a 'orange' person . . . but that is pretty!
If it was me I would lean towards the 'purple' for a boarder, making the oranges pop more. IMHO |
I was thinking something like that also or maybe the brown

I'd add a 4" border of the purple print, then bind it with the orange. I really like how this turned out and that each of the Dresden's has an independent look. Nice!

If it were mine, I would put a narrow strip of the yellow between the two darker borders.

I LOVE orange and it is so nice with purple or blue and I agree with mom6!

I love the quilt and the orange color is what I like so why not add a purple as the outer borderand then bind it in a bright orange. Beautiful job .

Wow....you are doing a wonderful job!! If it were mine, I would audition a thin border of your light color followed by a wide border with the dk purple floral. Have fun!! :)
