Momma and baby giraffe

I've had a few people aske me about my avatar, saying they can't see it too well. Yes, it does not show up very well so I am posting a picture of it. It is fusible web applique pattern from Bigfork Bay Cotton Co. This one is called Zirafah and they sell patterns and also fabric kits for their patterns. They do a fabulous job with their kits, fabric is gorgeous and so easy to use. I have done another one of theri patters and am working on a Christmas moose usisng my own fabrics.

Oh I do love that. Would love to have it on a wall in a room. I've looked at these patterns a lot. Maybe I'll finally try to do one. I think this will be the one. Looking at it makes you feel so good.

Then she comes to me and says that her best friend is pregnant and she wants to make a quilt for her....she says the girl is doing the nursery in giraffes!!! Well...I made up another pattern, I'm still saving this one for DD. I just love this pattern. I didn't know it had dimentional leaves..have not read the directions...your quilt turned out so great!
