We just returned from a very nice road trip through western Montana and northern Idaho. I stopped at 3 different quilt shops and bought a pattern and all the fabrics for this nice little quilt. I finished the top this afternoon and as you can see I haven't even clipped the threads yet.

I loved your suggestions. We were in Livingston, but I was too late for that shop. I really liked the shop in Seeley Lake. It was a real treat. I did go to the one in Deer Lodge in the bank. That was a lot of fun and they were very nice in there. I also found a tiny little place in Bonners Ferry Idaho. Found some 50% off stuff there. Thank you for your help. It was fun.
