My First One Block Wonder

Made from an outer-space/planets fabric! Its all pieced together and I love it but I'm scared to quilt because I don't want to mess it up. Wish me luck!

I don't know if anyone else does this but I cut half triangles, and their mirrors, to put together in all the spaces at the top and bottom. I usually cut them at the beginning of each strip when cutting triangles. You have to cut that triangle off at the beginning of the strip anyway. :o) Ann

You did an amazing job with this. I love how the yellow cuts thorugh the centre as if it were a milky way or something. Please show it to us when you have it quilted.

That's going to be wonderful. I wouldn't stress too much on the quilting. OBWs usually have lots going on, and the quilting doesn't show much. I usually just do a meander.

Is this as hard as it looks to make? I love your colors. This will be beautiful. HOpe you don't have any little pets like my two that love to lay on anything I put on the floor.
