It took me a semester to piece it since I took a class thru the parks and recreation dept. The handquilting I did in about two weeks cause I was driven to get it done. I put up a couple of sawhorses with a couple of two by twos and stuck it over the living room couch and just quilted away. I will try and get some of my more recent quilt pictures posted. Thanks all for the compliments. This one will always be near and dear to my heart cause it set me off on a wonderful adventure in the world of quilting.

Naw, just kidding. I'm really proud of you. Perseverence, and it paid! :D

Sharon, the one in my avatar is one I pieced this past spring. I use it as a table topper on my dining room table. I forget the name of it but it was really easy to piece.

I LOVE it when people do the whole thing by hand. I can hand quilt, but I am the biggest chicken in the world when it comes to hand pieceing. Wonderful job!!
