Hi All - I have been pretty productive with my to do list for 2010. I finally finished my cowboy quilt. It has been done for a while, just needed to bind it all together. I made a shopping bag holder for my friend. Camo of course! The quilt for my SIL's mom is kind of a unique quilt. I used the D9P pattern. She is a big fan of Stevie Ray Vaughn and similar artists. She also likes roses. So I decided to make her a quilt. What do you think? Last one is my 30s quilt. Still have to do the backing, but at least the tops are done. Next project is a red/black/white quilt.

All the quilts are great! The colors you choose with the cowboy quilt are perfect.

Those are all so cute. You have really been busy. I need to get my butt in gear and start finishing my UFOs so I can start some new ones.

Cute quilts. The cowboy quilt looks like each block is trimmed in 'rope.' How did you do it? Couldn't tell by the picture. Thanks.

Those are all great! I LOVE the 1930s quilt. Who is that one for? You I hope! You have been working hard for everyone else :)

I found some fabric that had rows of rope and just tried to fussy cut the strips.
I am not sure who the 30s quilt is for. It turned out better than I thought. Maybe me?? Who knows.:-) |
WOW how prolific you are. All great quilts!
