Right before we went on vacation, I finished the quilt for my Dad! Well, I actually finished it on the airplane :oops: !
He graduated from the Naval Academy and my parents attend tons of Navy football games through the season, so I made him this quilt in the Navy colors with appliqued USNA in the center - with a warm flannel backing! He was surprised and speechless when I gave it to him at the beach, which is rare for him, especially after the traditional "first-night-on-the-beach" beers he had drank!! Now, my projects include the URR quilt (saved as PDF) that I designed using a EQ5 template and the International Round Robin center that I am fabric shopping for in about 20 minutes! Off to shop!
