I have taken a small break from working on quilts and have been working on totebags. This week I made some market bags for a small show today. My DD will be set up at our local Avon office. I used vintage denim from my mother's stash. The angel fabric I bought here on the Forum (from fabric whisperer). The roses print was given to me by an internet friend. The size of the bag is about 14" x 14" x 5". I used my regular raggy pattern, but made the squares 6 inches instead of 5 inches. It was so hard not to add pockets, but my DD said No Pockets! lol

I thought when I retired I would have time to do everything I wanted. Then I joined this board. And here is another project for 'the list'.
I really like your bag. Good job. |

These are great!. I love cloth bags for grocery shopping! My small town check out gals always remark on them--I made my original ones long before it was hip to be green. These will make great replacements.
