I made this little doll a decade ago, but, each year I pull her out to keep me company in the sewing room.

Hubby added these overhead cabinets so I could have better lighting above my sewing machine. It worked out really well except I had to fill the cabinets.... LOL! I guess he didn't think of that part.

Anyhow... Here is my little kitty sewing friend all dressed up for halloween. She has bright orange pantaloons. LOL!

That is one gorgeous kitty. My eldest daughter would be green with envy if she saw that. She has four cats and collects cat ornaments/towels etc.

Thanks so much everyone! The cupboards are full already... LOL! I put all of my self made kits up there to seperate the fabric out of my stash until the quilts are made. Once that is done I will use it for UFO's until they are finished off. I have a big tub of those and three drawers full. LOL! It will be nice to have a place in the sewing room for them. It currently occupies a corner of the spare bedroom.

Truthfully, I love the lighting the best of the afterwards benefits. It was so dark in this corner for these old eyes.
