I have the blocks together. I am going to bring it to the LQS and get something to match the purpleish blue for a narrow inner border, then more teddy bears for a thicker outer border.
Once I quilt it I'm not sure how I'm going to bind it. I have a darning foot, but not a walking foot will that work to put the binding on? I have always had my mom put them on before. But she's in Florida until April. |
Looking great!!!

Awesome Pink quilt!

Cute quilt! As far as attaching the binding I usually use my walking foot, I wouldn't be able to keep a straight enough line using my embroidery foot.
What type of machine do you have? If you sew SLOWLY you might be able to just use your regular foot and allow the 3 layers to feed through together?? |
Lovin the batik in pink!!

Cute quilt, I love it~ Before I owned a walking foot...I just used my regular sewing foot and sewed very slowly..raising it frequently to adjust my fabric..I also pinned...you can do it..just don't get in a hurry.

I use my regular 1/4 inch foot to attach binding. Your quilt is just beautiful.

Love the pink. You might can just use your regular foot, just go slow and make sure the quilt doesn't get in a bind and feeds through pretty smoothly. But I always use my walking foot, now that I have one.
