New Addition To My Sewing Studio

Ok, so I didn't really NEED it, but I WANTED it. It's a relatively new Baby Lock Tiara. I purchased it from a gal who had listed it on Craigslist. She had bought it from my favorite dealer in town in January. The table has the extension and the slider. She's a long arm quilter and I assume she bought it for smaller projects but she just couldn't get the hang of it, so she decided to upgrade her long arm set up with a bigger frame and a computerized long arm machine and sell the Tiara. She wanted half what she had paid for it in January and the dealer said if I had any problems with it, I could bring it for a free service call. How nice is that!

I do my FMQ on a rather creative set up using my Brother PQ1500. It will be interesting to see how this new set up compares to the old setup.

you will love it. I had the handi quilter sit down and used it for years, I did up date to a long arm but just because I quilt many quilts a month for charity.

Congratulations on your new Tiara. I think you will really like it. I bought one last fall, and I really love it. I don't know if I'll ever do the intricate quilting that some do, but I can do a heck of a meander (stipple) and other simple patterns. I just couldn't get into quilting with my DSM - too hard to wrestle a quilt around with a 9" harp.
