I just finished sewing this...it's time to start snipping and then into the washing machine it goes! I'm excited as it's my first one. It's smaller than I wanted, (only 50X50 square) but it's for a first time.
I've got another craft fair coming up on the 14th that I'm making this for. So hopefully someone will like it. |
Looks great!

So here's the finished product. I am having issues trying to decide what price to set it at. The materials were free to me...so how much should I sell it for?

It really like it! I've never tried to do a rag quilt.

Arent they fun, I just finished two. I used a cheaper flannel as the batting , so it added another color in the fringe and then I did not have to worry about making the batting smaller that the original squares. Also take it to a laundermat to wash and dry it, there is way to much lint from the snipping for our machines at home to handle. I snip mine less than 1/4 of an inch apart.I made one for my 18 year old daughter and her boy friend. I forgot to take pictures of them and keep waiting for him to bring it back. Your colors/pattern is so nice and someone will love to buy it... Best of luck....
