this quilt took forever to come together. I totally fell in love with the plaid and started with that, I must have looked for fabric in every quilt shop from here to timbucktoo. Then i did about 7 blocks before deciding on the final. In the end I am very satisfied with the outcome but regretting that I didn't make it bigger.

pretty, pretty!

Very nice! I can understand why you fell in love with the plaid. The colors and scale are great, and you've done a great job coordinating everything. I would guess you're drawn to plaids based on the pants I see at the bottom of the pic!

I love it! I'm thinking of browns and plaids for our winter quilt...whenever i get around to it!

Nice quilt and your fabrics are soooo great. It reminds me a bit of a "man quilt" in that you could easily give that as a gift to a man...yet it's still really pretty!

You were dead on with the plaid--it's awesome, and makes for a really different quilt! And I love the little plaid legs sticking out from the bottom of the quilt. Plaid must be your thing! Great work!

You could always add another border, the red would look good.
Great quilt, love the plaid. Elle |
very nice! I love the plaid. But, I'm wondering- why don't my quilts grow legs and feet? They just lay on the couch for a picture. :)
