Next UFO decided on to finish- Ocean Waves

You girls and guys got me started and now I can't seem to stop but that's just what I want to do. My goal is to finish all the tops I have so here is the next one. I started this one in 2008. It has been on the actual design board for that long. Now it's her turn to get finished. This will be UFO # 5. Hurray!
